A pool's lifespan is decided by the room nobody sees.
Everyone looks at the ceramic when buying a pool. Yet the clarity of the water, the quiet of the pump and your electricity bill are all decided by the mechanical balance in the plant room. An incorrectly sized pipe run, or a pump chosen too large for the pool volume, comes back to you for years as wasted energy, noise and breakdowns.
That is where we start. Turnover time from the pool volume, filter diameter from the filtration velocity, pump power from the real pressure loss. Underground pipework is planned before the formwork — never added afterwards.
Mechanical Calculation
Turnover time, flow rate, filtration velocity and pressure loss are calculated for each project.
Underground Pipework
Inlets, main drain, skimmer and overflow lines are positioned before the concrete is poured.
Orderly Installation
Valves reachable, lines labelled, servicing possible by one person.
